🎖️ PORTFOLIO: EUROPE 🎖️
Europe has been punished this last year and the motives are very clear (inflation, war, sanctions and energy crisis). Many indices such as #FTSE100, #DAX, #IBEX or #CAC40 felt down. However, they have recovered. #Europe has many risks, but at least, their market is more resilient, innovative and productive than Latin American markets.
The next example shows an asset allocation with nice enterprises in many economic sectors. Louis Vuitton Moet-Hennessy (France) is a conglomerate of many luxury brands, Siemens Aktiengesellschaft (Germany) is a conglomerate of engineering and machinery sector, Daassault (France) is a company focused in software applications, Ferrari (Italy) is a luxury car enterprise, ASML (Netherlands) is a producer of machinery for semiconductors and AstraZeneca (UK) is one of the most important companies in the pharmaceutical sector.
Optimization was using a Bayesian approach. Higher weighting was given to those with the highest probability of appreciation in the 1-year interval. Of course, there are more indicator which can be useful for this purpose that it is not mentioned. As example, it is an excellent approach of hight quality European companies.
