🛳️ CARNIVAL CORPORATION: DERIVATIVES TRADING 🛳️

Carnival Cruise Lines [CCL] might be a good option for a swing trade. The enterprise is not going away, but its margins are lousy and it has losses. This makes the operation highly speculative, however, could be successful because of the odds of the discretionary sector (see the JJPL probabilities: https://lnkd.in/gdyXiS_w ).

At 25/06/23, CCL has the first control zone at ± $15.5 USD. If the hypothesis is that ± $6.22 USD was its great support, the next resistance will be at ±$21.74 USD. The final target could be at ± $40 USD if it pierces the top in the ± $31.5 (coincident with the top of its very long-term bullish guideline. So, the zone between ± $15 USD and ± $25.3 USD will have volatile and be decisive.

In that sense, an example of trading could be:
- Call (sell) at ± $35 USD
- Call (buy) at ± $20 USD
- Put (buy) at ± $12 USD
- Put (sell) at ± $6 USD

The big risk is that CCL falls below $12 USD or breaks through $35 USD for much time. Anything below 12 seems to be a great area to accumulate; in fact, from 2020 to 2022 there was a huge volume that predicts success in the operation. Also, it will be necessary to consider a possible recession that causes the price to eventually fall once the objectives are met.
